hi priyanka - pls stop banana immediately. this is a clear indication that banana is causing constipation in baby. this happened to my baby as well. as she grows up (2yrs +) then u can start introducing bit by bit. pls give her papaya every day. grate pumpkin/dudhi/carrot and add in her rice/dal/khichadi while cooking. pls follow all the @weekly meal plans on the app that are created by a nutritionist and keep an eye on what causes her constipation. ragi is also constipating so pla avoid till she completes 8 months and don't give very often. stay away from white bread, maida products and biscuits. tag me if you need any more info on this :)

Hello Dear, Make sure she's fed water after meal. Mashed apple is better than banana. Even if you give banana alternate it. Make sure you introduce daal water with pureed veggies gradually.

You can use suppository at times . Gradually as the baby starts eating more fruits and vegetables it will be fine ..TC
