hi my daughter is 11 months old till now she was completely in breastfeed only and also having solid foods rice cereal porridge vegetables fruits. but during day time before sleep and also night in between her sleep she s asking for milk. how to change her during day time and also night. plz advice..

You may want to have someone else put her to sleep. You can also start with day time and being firm that no feeding at bed time. There will be some tantrums and crying for a few days but will settle soon.
