Neha Are you breastfeeding? Green poop means you are feeding more of fore milk and less of hind milk which will affect the baby's weight gain. Give 1 breast at a time and let the baby feed completely then change the breast. Fore milk is that watery type milk which comes at the beginning, hind is thick which comes at the end. So make sure you feed both.
