Hi my diet is as follows:

Breakfast : 250 ml milk with 2 Roti's/ rice flour roti/2 dosa/2 paratha.

After 2 hours one banana

After 2 hours lunch : rice, one bowl dal, sabji, buttermilk,egg

After 2 hours: a small fruit

After 2 hours: 250 ml milk, pasta/watermelon/ apple

After 2 hours: one banana

Dinner: roti/rice, dal, sabji, egg
I drink plenty of water.
Please guide me if I need to improve my diet

2 bananas a day may increase your baby's weight unnecessarily. A small yelakki banana a day would be preferable. Also <u>pasta</u> may block the nutrients to your baby. Confirm with your dietician. All the best
