Hi, my doc has prescribed shelcal tablets but I already have supracal tablet which i was taking before pregnancy... pahle mujhe ye khatam krna h, toh kya mai supracal tablets le sakti hu?
Yes you can use supracal and then start shelcal.. both are same..

Doc se check karwalo, koi unwanted salt ho to why take chance. Major component is calcium but minor kuch aur hoga to.
