Hi my EDD is 13 dec .today I visit doctor she said baby niche move kiya hai bt head abhi fix nhi hua hai . n bcha daani aapki left side move hue hai it is not in d middle .from last night I feel pain in back n left side of lower portion. plz help me out wht should I do in this condition. bcoz delivery kbhi nhi ho skti hai.

Keep talking to your baby it helps. Also walking and kasaya coriander jeera boiled with water and jaggery and had with milk warm helps.

Continue your walks and also do wide squats. You can ask your doctor to show you the position. This will help the baby to move into the correct position which means engaged and fixed in the pelvis.
