hi... my EDD is 4 n I have pain in lower n back... it stops n again 2sec pain.. doctor has said there are 15%chances fr normal delivery..as the baby has not yet fixed the head... pls do suggest me as soon as posslible
Many times the baby's head will engage once labor starts. To help this please start with brisk walks, half squats and making sure that you sit with legs wide to allow the pelvis to remain open. You can also try pelvic rocks which will help the head to sink further.
