Hi. My newborn not latching. So I am giving him formula milk. How to train him to latch? And also he is facing digestion issue too since yesterday. I am pumping and give him breast milk thru bottle atleast twice a day. I am not very confident on formula milk. So want him to latch directly but he cries a lot when I try to latch him
Yes totally agreed with Rebecca. Watch you tube tutorial for proper latching. Don't switch to formula this early. And also about bottle, it will cause nipple confusion for baby. All the best and congratulations

Hi Shivangi many Congratulations, no 1 please throw the bottle, it will cause Colic as more air goes inside baby's mouth, use bowl and spoon. No 2. Keep trying, use a nursing pillow or ordinary pillow and hold your baby, put a small stool under your legs, all these will give you a better position. Watch lot of YouTube videos on latching it will help you, baby is just 1 week so nothing is late, make sure you give the entire aerola and not just the nipple. You can also consider consulting a Lactation Specialist.
