my son is 2 yr 3mon.he talk only 4 to 5 words.when we tried to teach him something he used to ran away.wont listen to our lip movements also.if we go to some others house.he wont listen to what others tell or not even looking at them.he is in his own world not even responding to others.am really tensed.how i will train him.am staying in apartment in kuwait.is it bcos of that.

take him to play areas where he will see n interact with kids his age. get a pediatrician to check his behaviour and other milestones.

Some kids will be involved too much in their playing. Better... u also be a part of his play. Talk to him more and more. Is there any other languages you speak to him, other than malayali. Some kids get confused, if many languages are spoken with them. Avoid all sort of <u>gestures</u>, while talking to him. stress more that...he should speak. Even kids sometimes feel lazy to speak. Consult your doctor first.
