hi ..my son is 3.5 months old and my periods have started will it effect the milk supply .experts and friends pls answer as I'm waiting for all ur answers

There are hormonal changes during the periods and this may affect the milk flow but it is only temporary and settles down as your body adapts to the natural process. Relax.

no link between the two. eat healthy and go for a walk if u can. any form of workout relaxes the body and makes the cramping or any pain ease off :)
