Hi, My son is completely bf. After his 6 th month, I have introduced semi solid foods to him, his milk intake became less. But from past 5 days he is not taking his food properly and asking for milk. I'm not sure whether his tummy is full. I feel my breast milk is reduced. Please advise me whether I can use galact powder or something else to increase milk?
During the weaning phase it is natural for a baby to go back and forth in his preference from breast milk to solids and then back to breast milk. Frequent feeding during this phase will help to increase your supply. You can take the Ayurvedic powders available but do ensure that you feed often as well.
