at this point in time, ur diet shud be a good healthy 2000 calorie diet. which shud include high protien, lots of liquids - like water, milk, juice, soups. feed baby every 1 hour or on demand. avoid junk or oily. if possible walk after every meal for 15 min. after csection body needs 6 months to recover from the incision as well hormonally. ur delivery does not mean u r ready and like before. 9 months of pregmamcy and hormonal changes cant be expected to be gone just like that. give tiem to ur body. u really need loads of rest now. if u dont take rest now, mother nature will.make sure u do it later in some form or other.

@63729b593f31520016a69b80 :* hey @618ff92a924715001bd62a8e your body is still recovering from c section. So give it time to heal. You can start with gentle walking. Begin with 15 minutes a day and do it for a week. See how you feel. Once you feel stronger you can increase the time. Control your portion sizes of your meals. Have 6 small meals instead of 3 big ones. (3 proper meals + 3 snacks) For snacks you can have dry fruits, any fruit, milk, a cup of sprouts, ragi porridge, any snack you feel like indulging in once in a while. Include eggs in your diet. Excellent protein source. Reduce carbs so don't have a lot of rice or chapati. Drink enough water. Coconut water is also great. Monitor your weight regularly. You can start ab workouts only after 6 months. Till then continue to bf as much as you can. It helps amazingly for weight loss. And don't be in a hurry to get back in shape. It will take time. Be patient and enjoy with your baby :)
