My wife is 12 month pregrent and her blood group is 0-ve mine is 0+ve is there any kind of problem we can face in upcoming months or at the time of delivery due to he 0-ve blood group and for what we have to be alert and take care.

Hi I habe a negative blood group and there is nothing to be worried about. By 7 months she will be asked to take ICT blood test , after delivery if the baby's blood group is positive your wife will be given Anti D injection ( This is for the next baby, if anti d not given then next baby will have severe jaundice, hence this precaution). So discuss with your gynecologist and there is nothing to worry.

You should update good doctor about it . They will take care . Also I negative is a bit rare so they will be prepared in case of an Emergency.. I have known friends with such cases sailing through easily though.. keep updating your doctor. She will handle accordingly..
