hii meri same problem hai. aap laconic granual poweder lena saru kar do usse feeding increase hoga n pahle feeding karana aur aapko lage feeding session k bad agar aapko lage ki aapka baby hungry hai to use formula milk dena. me apni baby ko after feeding 3 spoon nan pro formula deti hu. formula packing pe jo measurement hai utna nahi deti kyoki vo measurement jo baby only formula milk drink karta hai unke liye hai

Nan pro is a known brand and recommended by doctors as the formula option. However it does not replace the benefits of breast milk. Mothers milk is the optimum food for over all physical and brain development in the first six months. Hence it is best to first work at increasing your supply. If you keep supplementing with formula especially without a prescription and don't Stimulate enough your milk supply will further reduce. It is normal to feel that milk is slow in coming in the first few days and to feel anxious if baby is crying. Keep patience. feed often and keep track that the baby passes a minimum of seven urines per day. That ensures baby is getting enough milk. No formula can give as much energy or immunity or nutrients or protection from allergies as much as mothers milk can. If you need assistance please seek help from a Lactation specialist in your area
