You should eat healthy nutritious foods like green leafy vegetables, dry fruits, fruits, vegetables, milk, etc. Avoid spicy and fried foods. Avoid chinese food as it may contain ajinomotto. Also avoid papaya, pineapple and haldi wala milk.
