question
Hi one of my cousin went through TORCH Test and diagnosed with 3 virus

Toxoplasm IgG antibodies REACTIVE

Rubella IgG antibodies REACTIVE

Cmv IgG antibodies REACTIVE

Will this be cured and can she get pregnant? I had Cmv IgG reactive so I'm aware of that but other two I don't know, She will go to her doctor with these results only by Saturday so she is worried. Someone please tag Dr . Shilpitha and sonam patel for me I'm unable to do.

Dr. Shilpitha

Hello..<br> for Rubella- vaccine will help her.. for cytomegalo virus- Most CMV infections go undiagnosed because the virus causes little to no symptoms. When a person is infected with CMV, antibodies (proteins) to the virus called IgM and/or IgG anti-CMV antibodies develop and stay in the body for the rest of the person's life.&#160; Hence, if it is inactive phase then no treatment is needed.. if it is in active phase, then symptomatic treatment is done.. for toxoplasmosis- Most healthy people don't require toxoplasmosis treatment. But if you're otherwise healthy and have signs and symptoms of acute toxoplasmosis, then doctor will follow antibiotics line of treatment..
