Hi please share your 6th month experience... eating habits, what to avoid, what to eat and precautions for 7th month onwards

Follow the usual thumb rule for pregnancy -- eat healthy without excess of anything. Avoid anything strenuous. Don't stand or sit for excessively long hours. Keep track of your BP. Take supplements on time. Avoid excess travelling and when travelling,; use the car with belt on. And yes lots of water too.
