Do meditation , be positive , take healthy food regularly & lots of water and other fluids as much as possible.. always keep in mind that its completely natural & nothing about worry while baby born..be strong ..for normal delivery tips, sharing with you a link which can helps you..http://app.babychakra.com/package/16875
