Hi.. seeking advice from experts. its been 1 week since i delivered but not able to come out from weakness. i was anemic and also had a major blood loss during delivery. how much time shall i consider getting back to normal. and what all things shall i do for it. pls help.

as you mentioned hb was low and huge post partum haemorrhage- needs time to heal.. atleast for 3months.. make sure to have wholesome diet along with good supplements..
