Feed on demand but if exclusively breast fed then keep track of the number of times the baby passes urine. It should be about seven in twenty four hours at a minimum.

till 4 month if baby is sleeping than always feed every 2 hours otherwise always on demand. I do same with my 2 month old baby. and my baby like to feed In sleeping mode.
