Anytime from week 20-22 dear. They will be like twitches and like a sudden jiggle. You'll feel these internally. there won't be pains

It's will be like butterflies or fluttering or ticklish feeling.. not at all painful... Around 20 weeks you will start feeling.. initially it will be less then it will proper
