Hi team
Today was my wife's first ultrasound after week wherein 2 small gestational sac was seen.

1sac was empty

In second sac yolk sac seen with no fetal pole

Both adnexa Appears normal...
Is there still any hope for heartbeat in next ultrasound scheduled after 1 week..
Pls suggest
