My baby had one loop around her neck and gastational weight was about 4 kg still delivered normally without any complications....baby was absolutely fine....this reason is not at all to be worried about as your worries, tension can transfer to fetus....be happy and look for alternatives and solutions always.... you're going to be mom and already passed the maximum journey of growing the Life inside....best is about to come... good luck mommy 😍😘🤗

Yes as dr. Payal said it is just hanging on neck not completely covered

3/4 cord- it's not a common terminology. He may be trying to say that the cord is not circling completely arnd the neck. Dont worry.
