No dear. It can't b predicted that way. In the last weeks around 37 or 38th week the fetal presenting part starts getting engaged in the pelvis, which is then confirmed by usg or by internal examination by the gynaecologist to plan for ur delivery or c sec. Before that the baby keeps moving and changing positions until engagement. And nobody can predict or dictate which part of the baby will get engaged. Heads down is the most common position though. But other positions do happen, sometimes there is no specific reason behind such an occurence but sometimes it is due to small pelvis.
What u can do, is to continue taking good care of urself. Eat healthy, walking and kiegels excersice. Steps To Ensure A Normal Delivery Cephalic Presentation
