Use coconut oil.. i used stretch nil cream..it's an Ayurvedic cream.. nw i don't hv stretch marks..

U can start once the stretch marks appear . Apply oil to moisturize area . Any regular brand of stretch marks is fine .

2nd trimester sey start kar sakte ho. The earlier the better. Many products are thr bio oil, palmer's cream or oil or you can use regular coconut oil also.
