all brands are decent , check what suits your baby in terms of fitting and soakage- huggies libero or pampers. to use rash cream- dry the diaper area very well, (powder may or may not be applied) and then only apply the cream.

Pampers diapers are amongst the best. You can used sebamed rash cream when you find your child is suffering from rashes. Otherwise on a daily basis just maintain diaper hygiene and apply coconut oil on the diaper area every time you change your child's diaper. Also keep your child diaper free for 1 to 2 hours everyday to avoid rashes.
