Hi Neha . I hope you are doing your prenatal exercises. There many articles on prenatal care here on BabyChakra. Pls go for walks regularly, stay hydrated and eat well. A well balanced diet with protein will help. All the best!

i am on my 27th week of pregnancy. its very normal. dont worry. do some breathing exercises like anulom bilom & meditation which would be helpful for you & your baby as i also do the same.
