hi i have been adviced ragi by my ped, i introduced him after rice and its been a month . my baby never faced any problem with it., suji was asked to be avoided in early month, ragi is nutritious and it is completely gluten free. puree everything and consistency should be maintained  keeping in mind babys age .

start from fruits and veggies , less allergic ones like -sweet potato, carrot, banana,peer cereals moong dal, tuar dal soup, dont give pani of dal instead give dal ka soup , because dal and chawal ka pani will have no nutririon, give mashed rice , brown rice porridge, ragi porridge ...this are great to start. always wait for three days to check any side effects allergies before introducing new food to baby. do check all articles on baby chakra on weaning it will help a lot. happy weaning mommy :)
