I think if u burp the baby properly after every feed hiccups will reduce. Sneezing is also normal, may b because of the monsoon. U can massage ur baby with warm mustard oil and transfer heat to the baby through ur hands from burning fire or a heater near by. This ll give warmth to the baby and sneezing ll subside. Add 5 to 6 garlic cloves, methi, and kalonji to the mustard oil while heating it.
