Hey rabia...no powder...And rash cream u can use as prophylacticaly also or when rash cms...I use sebamed diaper rash cream veey rarely..And mostly I use to apply coconut oil while changing <u>diapers</u>

incase your baby has rashes you could try the mamaearth rash cream.. it's a completely natural product. you can also use coconut oil for the same.
