On 8 may it was 136/54 and today it is 144/98 my dr. Said its on higher side i never had BP problem throughout my pregnancy, i dnt have lot swelling its very less swelling on my feet only.
What precautions should i take for this??
Should i refrain to salt and ghee ??
Is this indication of c.sec??
Im worried pls help me out.

Also ghee has no dire t relation with BP but anyways you shouldn't have more than 1 or 2 teaspoon ful ghee as it causes weight gain

140/90 is higher limit of BP... However medication is jot required in pregnancy till 150/<u>100</u>
