always use musturd oil for message ..... ur baby will never get cold again....and while going to sleep also rub the oil on the babies feets , hands , chest and head .....

keep room temp comfy around 25 - 26. for cold u can roast lil ajvayan on tava nd then tie it in some hankey nd make a potli of it. give its sek to baby by keeping it lil closer to her nose taki uski smell baby ko aram se jati rahe (isse uska nose clear hoga), u can put saline drops 1 each in both nostrills, can apply eucalyptus oil on baby clothes nd bed where baby sleeps
