I always preferred using glass jars over plastic or steel.

Hii Parul... You can store breast milk in <u>r</u>oom temperature for 4 hours. If you are keeping in fridge never ever heat directly on flame. Just put the milk bottle in a container with warm water and let it come to normal temp. Glass bottles are best though. You can store in feeding bottles which you use. Also there are some pouches which are available for storing milk.
