The pressure does not predict onset of labour... 80percent delivery occur in a week before delivery or a week later... However it is normal to go in labour anytime after 37 weeks...if there is no high risk you must wait till your due date for labour to start on its own as that's when you have a best chance of normal delivery... After due date maximum 1; more one an wait but with monitoring that is an ultrasound for liquor and a non stress test
