I agree with Aradhana. Applying immediately after bath is a must. If you are giving bath twice or wiping baby in between, then apply again. Whenever skin is dry...clean baby by wiping or giving bath. and then apply.

you can apply good moisturizer right after the bath once baby is completely dry .that would be enough.
