high have diabetes before pregnancy, which has increased now with pregnancy and I have been taking insulin also. Can I eat dates everyday as I believe its good during pregnancy!

avoid food that has starch in it. avoid banana, chickoo and mango. take more of green veges and walk after every meal.

puja, for diabetes pregnency gynaecologist already must have given you the diet chart , take it and follow it religiously , you can have plenty of things which ade nutritious and is in the list of diabetic pregnancy. avoid dates plz.
