there is no requirement of salt n sugar for  babies until a year. there will be lods of pressure from elders saying hive salt sugar n all, it's difficult to explain them.but be firm and completely avoid it. baby test buds don't know salt n sugar ..for sugary flavour if your baby like add fruits or u can use small amount of organic jaggery
