good thing is that the fetal blood flow is flowing normal way you need not to worry about that but it's about the amniotic fluid I will advise you to drink more than 3.5 litre of water everyday so this includes drinking 3 coconut water a day drinking to lemon water without sugar in a day and plus 3 litre water so this will help to constitut and increase your amniotic fluid because in summer we get dehydrated easily hence the fluid can and decrease more if you do not hydrate yourself well if you are already doing these measures then I will advise you to talk to your doctor about IV drip infusion which will be done if your amniotic fluid decreases below 6 right now continue the water therapy because the doctor will directly admit you for a normal delivery or C section rather than giving you and IV drip
