take steam inhalation and still persist u can take tab.cetrizine .but u feel little drowsy..once u consult with doctor also

pcm would be the best med u can have. make sure u r having between gaps of 8 hours. if required to take more than one dose. if it's still persistent please consult with your doctor

Take paracetamol but all other medications please discuss with your doctor as you are a breast feeding mom. It is best to not take medication on random advice.
