hii all momies..my baby sleeps during day time n plays mostly cries at night..because of that i hav to stay awake at night..n during day time i cnt sleep..i dnt have habit of sleeping during day..i hardly sleep for 3 hrs a day..its very frustating situtaion for me...feel like crying..plss what shuld i do..plss help
hello..ots conpletely normal for baby to sleep all day lobg...even mine does... U have to make baby aware of day n night...open him up at the day time...do not sawddle him(tying in cloth).. make him aware of day light....leave his limbs opened up so that he plays...play some soft music or lullabies...play with him....but this is at the most wat u can do for few hours apart from tha u cannot disturb baby as it will effect his health...rather try to change ur routine for some time...it will take around 3 months for ur baby to adjust to his timings...try n change his routine daily...lill lill.....also there are lot of articles on internet....read them as much as possible n pik tips from there....
