No connection between the oil, soap and skin colour. It keeps changing and the colour depends on the genes.

Hey dear bcoz of oil massage n hot water babies will loose their birth color but no need to worry after 3 months babies starts getting their original color

Hey the colour changes again after a month ...also some weight is gained ..don't worry ..you can use coconut oil ..
