My child is 1 month 1 week old..

Was vaccinated with bcg 1 week back as his birth weight was less than 2 kg.Immediately next day after vaccination he developed small red sweelling which subsided  in 2 to 3 days and now he has no swelling and no bcg mark.Is it normal? Does it means he has not being vaccinated against Tb??
