Firstly ask her not to lose hope....  Ask her to consult doc, she can be put on follicular monitoring and c whn she will ovulate post which thy can try....

dont lose hope. it might be that they are missing their ovulation period. too much stress can be the reason. tell them not to be worried and take to much pressure and dont consider this planning as task. Secondly condly consult doctor.

It could be primary infertility. Consult an infertility specialist...
