dont worry, just take rest. i too had the same condition.

Follow doc's instructions... Tak complete bed rest.... No intercourse...Don't lift heavy items.. . Keep ur legs elevated while sleeping..&nbsp; 
Follow up wth doc after a week as suggested

 sometimes a blood clot develop in our uterus 
as d fetus grows its touches that clot nd it crashes 
 u take full bed rest 
nd b positive 
thnk of ur baby feel him everything wil b fine
