Hii doctor, I am 9 month pregnant. I am just waiting for the day now..😊

But I wanna ask you something that I can't drink milk at all but I eat lots of fruits nw a day. Is that will be helpful for my baby's health or breastfeeding??

Hey sangita if you don't like milk then no problem you can have any milk products like curd, buttermilk, paneer, it will complete the necessity of milk

I eat on regular basis, fruits and curd on weekly.. Even I was love to eat paneer also but during pregnancy, unable to taste it.

Hey please read the articles suggested by Neha.. you not necessarily drink milk..you got to have healthy food ...avoid spicy food soon after delivery . Eat simple n wholesome food ..for milk you can compensate with curd , paneer , rajma, brocolli etc .. <br> Sabudana and raw papaya help in increasing the milk..my personal experience..TC and all the best !!! We all will wait for the good news soon :-)
