I dont like having milk. I take it in the form of custard. Is it ok; to have it ???
Having custard makes me eat fruits as well as milk is also consumed.. both at one time

If you are adding sugar to the custard then it will cause weight gain. Also it is a processed food so once in a while it's fine but not on a daily basis. You may want to try a curd plus fruit smoothie which will also accomplish the same fruit and a milk product at the same time.
