Hii everyone .. I m 21 weeks 6days pregnant ..In scan my baby's weight is 398.11gm ..is it normal ?? If not then what should I do to make my baby's average weight ?? Plz reply

You can have protein rich foods like eggs, chicken breast, Paneer, soya, lentils, cooked sprouts, dry fruits, nuts etc
