My AFI was 5 cm at 34 weeks Dr suggested me harmin medicine like saline for week it improve to 10

My AFI was 7. doc gave me alamin injection.

Drink 5 to 6 litres of water everyday and take bed rest as much as possible. My afi level was also very low but by drinking lots of water and dal ka soup it increasd. Early morning empty stomach try to drink water kept overnight in copper bottle.Above all follow your doctor's advise. I was even hospitalised for a week and doctor's gave me Alamin medicine through IV.

Increase your water intake .have coconut water,cucumber and your doc will suggest you other options follow her advice too.

Agree with both, consume coconut water 2 3 in a day , this will helps in rapid increment
