hii friends ..... I m 25 week pregnant... feeling v tired and facing lot of leg cramps .... I just hate eating at this time .. I m regularly avoiding dinner . what can I do to improve my appetite

only eat when you feel like eating. eat food which is nutritious so even if you want little, your nutrient level does not go down. Truro eat every 2 <u>hours</u>

if u dont have food u vl feel tired..if ur not liking solid food try taking liquid items.. like fruit juice freshly made at home, milk, butter milk, coconut water.
