Lightly crush a garlic and keep it near her bed where her head is. it helps unblock nose. you can also try saline drops meant for infants and remove nasal phlegm with the help of an aspirator. this gives them relief and ensures baby will feed properly and so recovery will be much faster.

Maxtra is a good medicine.. will help slowly.. in case of nose blockage you can use saline nasal drops... and massage with warm mustard oil... make sure to apply oil on nails too. also steam will help.
